Nice to meet you! My name is Christina Geddes, I identify as CIS female who is a practicing Pagan and I have the privilege of living a polyamorous lifestyle.
As an advisor and teacher since 1997 and personal health care professional since 2015 I specialize in helping people identify and achieve their personal goals, then we move forward with tools that help them cope with the issues that are causing them distress, anxiety, and discomfort. My clients have honoured me with their dreams and fears - and in turn I have held safe space to allow them to determine their passions then create paths to achieve those passions. It has been amazing, working with folks from all walks of life, all sexual and gender identities and spiritual beliefs. In 2022 I chose to enrol in the VITA Love, Relationship and Sex Coaching Certification program to add a whole other level to my offering. The essence of my work is to facilitate self-love by helping you identify the core challenges and setbacks in your life, so that you can work with them with confidence. I specialize in empowering people to be their best for themselves and their loved ones.
